มาแปลให้ฟังครับ .. มีเยอะมาก เลยต้องขอเริ่มต้นด้วยส่วนแรกก่อนนะครับ...
(ถ้าตรงไหนแปลผิดก็รีบ ๆ ช่วยกันมาอธิบายในคอมเม้นท์นะครับ จะได้ไม่ผิดกฎกันไปหมด)
แต่อ่านแล้วก็ไม่ต้องกลัว หรือตกใจว่ามันยากเย็นจัง เพราะโฆษณา Adsense ที่เราติดไว้ ถ้าเราไม่ไปยุ่งกับมันมาก ก็คงไม่ผิดกฎอะไรนะครับ

May not encourage users to click the Google ads by using phrases such as "click the ads," "support us," "visit these links," or other similar language
ห้ามส่งเสริมให้ผู้ชมคลิ๊กโฆษณากูเกิ้ลแอดเซนส์ โดยใช้คำว่า "คลิ๊กโฆษณานี้", "สนับสนุนเรา", "แวะชมลิ้งค์นี้" หรือคำอื่น ๆ ที่คล้าย ๆ กัน
May not direct user attention to the ads via arrows or other graphical gimmicks
ห้ามชี้นำความสนใจของผู้ชมไปยังโฆษณาด้วยลูกศร หรือลูกเล่น ภาพประกอบอื่น ๆ
May not place misleading images alongside individual ads
ห้ามวางภาพที่จะทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดว่าเป็นภาพประกอบของเนื้อหาโฆษณา ใกล้ ๆ โฆษณาแต่ละตัว
May not promote sites displaying ads through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites
ห้ามโปรโมทเว็บที่ใส่โฆษณา Adsense ด้วยการส่งอีเมล์ไม่พึงประสงค์จำนวนมาก (คือพวกอีเมล์ขยะที่โฆษณาไปทั่วนั่นเอง) หรือด้วยโฆษณาไม่พึงประสงค์บนเว็บไซต์อื่น
May not compensate users for viewing ads or performing searches, or promise compensation to a third party for such behavior
ห้ามหรือสัญญาว่าจะให้ผลตอบแทนผู้ชมโฆษณา หรือผู้ใช้ระบบค้นหาที่เราติดไว้
May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites"
ห้ามวางป้ายชื่อที่อาจทำให้เกิดการเข้าใจผิด เหนือโฆษณาแอดเซนส์แบบ Ad Units ยกตัวอย่างเช่น โฆษณาควรมีหัวชื่อว่า Sponsored Links (ลิ้งค์จากผู้สนับสนุน) มิใช่ "Favorite Links" (ลิ้งค์ที่เราชอบ) เป็นต้น
